The natural or legal person making the visit and/or purchase of products or services of the Company (the “Buyer” or the “Customer”).

OVERVIEW


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with labels and in its original closed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at hello@vitalizelabs.com. A reply will be sent within 48 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label if there was a problem with your order, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

However, if it is a return for a product you do not like or if you made a mistake on the order, the return costs will be at your expense. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt of it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as expired products, custom products (such as special orders or custom items) as well as products started or consumed by you. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to make the return request for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and publish the refund.
