Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vitalize Labs, your health and safety are our top priorities. As our products are ingestible health supplements, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once they have been shipped.

This policy is in place to ensure the integrity, hygiene and safety of all our products. Even unopened items cannot be resold or reused, and therefore all sales are final.


Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or if the product has been opened.

  • We do not accept returns to comply with global health regulations on consumable products.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any concerns, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
